What’s your story?
- I feel like I’m the only gay Korean person in the world.
- My friend told me she’s a lesbian, and she doesn’t know how to talk to God about it.
- My son just told me he wants to be a daughter instead.
- I love my child, but what would people in my church think if they found out?
The Dari Project is collecting autobiographical stories and artwork that will document the voices and lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning people of Korean descent, as well as the people in their lives. We seek to display the diversity of LGBTQ people and their stories of joy and struggle in their lives, families and communities.
